Do not shop at this store. Worst experience ever. We bought a dining room. Sales person took the social to open us a credit and instead of opening one credit she opened us 3 credit cards at the same time without authorization, which dropped our credit 38 points. I went to the store to complain after I received the 3 credit cards and all what the manger said we are sorry, she should not do that, but it happened and we can not do anything now. Above all of that I received the table after 5 months with broken chairs and poor quality and although they hurt us all what they offered is sending a technician to fix it.

Yay! I've been searching all over town, and I picked up some great finds today. That said, it's been a long time since I've received the kind of customer-centric attention and service that ("Amir S." obo Ashley) delivered today. The plus was the collaborative vibe I got from the rest of the sales team... No pressure, great experience!

First time buying from Ashley and will be last due to really bad experience. Furniture was supposed to be delivered in two parts due to availability which is understandable. First delivery happened within a week or so, second was supposed to arrived 2 months later. I received a text that order was ready to be pick up, I called and they said I had to pay to have it delivered, I decided to pick it up, I arrived at warehouse and people have some kind of miscommunication between them and put a hold on my credit and ask me to drive to other side of city to have store remove hold so I can drive back and pick up items that were supposed to be delivered in first place. I went and canceled rest of order…I hope I just don’t get billed for furniture I didn’t received.

Welcome to my world! . . . After numerous promised and missed delivery dates, when the company that delivers for Ashley finally arrived, they had less than 1/4 of our purchase. The receipt listed the entire order and the most important piece (the bed) was not included. Weary of Ashleys (and sleeping on an air mattress), I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Ashleys began issuing various amounts over a two week period and numerous calls to their customer service. My refund was held up first because the store manager Dwayne, wanted us to still purchase something (which I declined), then it was held up further because Ashleys delivery company reported that they had made a partial delivery. Nothing had been delivered, and the Store knew this as we had spoken numerous times that day. I ultimately had to dispute the missing portion of my refund. Ashleys needs to get their act together. We had an awesome salesman. . .but executuon and delivery is really dismal.

For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
No they don't. I was just in there last week. All they have are flat desks 4 choices lol super nova has some good choices..👍

10 and fry is our go to store, I have shopped with them twice in the last 3 years and the service top notch. They definitely have a team that doesn't push for a sale, but to make sure you are getting the furniture you want
I actually don't know, but if your furniture has a problem when you first receive they do replace it. Wish you the best
