Yes, it's thermally controlled; however, temp does vary somewhat between ~ lo to hi 70s (too hot!), cooler in the morning (best time with cold water and less people) while warmer around noon and after. I understand it's winter but the heat just sucks the life out of you after a few laps. Good for kiddie frolicking than adult workout!
The pool at carpenter is a little warmer than at Mullenbac or Oak Point. That's because carpenters pool is considered more a leisure pool then used by serious laps swimmers

Good answer. I have never heard anyone say the pool is heated. As to temp of water, call the place!
