Twice in 2 weeks i have been called by them at the last minute to reschedule my procedure. I have also been given shady reasons as of why that also differ from the actual doctor.

Simply amazing from the office manager, nurse staff, to the operating room personnel. Everyone is very professional, very courteous, and actually compassionate!!

Was told day before needed 275dol copay wasnt aware and not prepared needed to be informed at time of scheduling..will i be charged cancellation

You will have to check with the surgery center about any cancellation fees. I don't think so but not sure. They are great and will work with you on things.
