I hate this place. If I could change oncologist with 2 more treatments left I would. My Dr and nurse are great. Management is absolutely horrible.

Patience, be aware! I was asked to pay for Co-pay at office for insurance plan that is under deductible not Co-pay insurance plan, after dozen follow up calls - billing department ignored my investigation request ,finally I got hold of office manager to investigate with billing department, in return I received a letter stating they can give me credit for Co-pay that I paid - it's so frustrating as they neither acknowledge the mistake to collecting Co-pay for deductible plan nor apology for my calls ignorance. This review does not have to do anything with doctors at this clinic!

I honestly don’t understand how some patients give this place a bad review at all! I’m European you even with an appointment time you almost never get right inn at that time! I LOVE this place and the staff! Dr. Taboada is amazing and takes very good care and time for his patients! He’s very empathetic just like the rest of the staff when getting infusions. Thank you for taking my anxiety away and making me feel comfortable while being here!

I love Dr. Taboda, but the front desk person I spoke with today sounds put out, like she’s fed up with the job! She speaks like she’s exhausted and she doesn’t want to deal with patients. I just asked to leave a message for the nurse the first time I called , she answered and while speaking with me , she was also talking to another coworker. Then she calls me back to relay the message from the nurse and she just sounded like she’s totally inconvenienced and fed up! I worked as an X-ray tech for TOPA and my patients always told me how kind I was. If your going to work in the health field you need certain type of person answering calls, one with a great attitude. I never bring my problems to work, because that affects everyone you deal with.

I have seen them in the area. It depends on what services you need as to if they would use a Hoyer. The technicians here are really good at making people comfortable
