Schneider does not have a school to get a cdl, but if you go to a School and get one, you can come to Schneider and they will do a school reimbursement so you can pay off that school, they will give you paid training so you can work with us, boots and some equipment. That's how i did it, i worked for Cr england, but was not making any money with them, and had that commitment to pay off their school, but came to Schneider and got better oportunity with them, and they helped me pay off the school. I have been here almost 5 years now, I can tell you it is a great company so you can start (or decide to stay) because it is very safety focused, you will learn good things that will help you in your future. The best thing to do is contact a recruiter, they will tell you what options they have, any sign on bonuses you may qualify for, details about the school reimbursement, and any other question you may have, please use me as referral driver#20523 Roberto Terrazas. Hi Sergio. Schneider does not provide CDL training, but we offer up to $7,000 (paid at $200/month) in tuition reimbursement to trucking schools that do. That means you would go to a trucking school, get your CDL, and once hired on with Schneider, we'd help repay your school loan. There is no contract. As long as you drive for us, we'll help pay off your school loan. For more details, text CHAT to 28000 to chat with a recruiter.
One year contract but they pay for the school to get the CDL you need to talk to a recruiter search Google for information
