Hi Geomar. Although I no longer work for them, I can tell you that they are the best company with friendly and fair personal treatment to make a career as a company driver. This includes managers and dispatchers. Especially from the sub-division of company called Watkins Sheppar!

Schneider does not have a school to get a cdl, but if you go to a School and get one, you can come to Schneider and they will do a school reimbursement so you can pay off that school, they will give you paid training so you can work with us, boots and some equipment. That's how i did it, i worked for Cr england, but was not making any money with them, and had that commitment to pay off their school, but came to Schneider and got better oportunity with them, and they helped me pay off the school. I have been here almost 5 years now, I can tell you it is a great company so you can start (or decide to stay) because it is very safety focused, you will learn good things that will help you in your future. They suck

They do, but not good pay staying local. YRC local pays around $50k per year, or try pepsi cola, home every night.
