My delivery appointment was for 6:30 am. I arrived at 6:15 am, checked in, and was assigned a dock door. At 9:30 am, after three hours of waiting, I called receiving to remind them that I was here. At 10:15 am, one of their guys sauntered out and put an airline lock on my trailer, but it’s now 10:45 am and nothing has been unloaded yet. Edit: they finished at noon, 5 1/2 hours later. New edit a year later: Well, they did better this time, I arrived at 5:30 am and am unloaded and ready to leave at 7:15 am. I’ll change my review from one star to three…
