How do you be a CHICKEN CHAIN AND tell every customer out of 15 they have at list a 6 minute wait on chicken the whole facility is ghetto and has zero customer service pathetic

It does seem to be very often they have to "put down some chicken" & people have to wait. They are open till 10:00 but dont go there @ 9:30 & think your gonna be treated as nice as you do @ 9:00, your not. This is not with all the stores though

I agree with Walter. If some of these chains really started hiring people who care about customer service. Then we would have hot chicken or whatever when it is supposed to be ordered.
