I've been using Rite Aid on Conklin Ave for years now, (I switched after multiple unapologetic errors by CVS on Robinson), The staff at Rite Aid are truly caring and professional. I always enjoy going to this store.

I would have gave 5 stars if it was just rated on the front end staff, they are wonderful. But my experience with the pharmacy was horrible. I spent all day in the ER with my 6 year old son who is fighting with Influenza B, we had a mix up and his meds were sent to the wrong pharmacy and was told I would have to have the rite aid pharmacy call it in to them to transfer the info. I spoke to a woman with long blonde wavy hair in the rite aid pharmacy and she spoke loudly to me about how they were understaffed for this situation and pointed out the long line on the pick up side, she humiliated me and I was embarrassed. She never even asked any questions about who it was for or the urgency of the situation I was in. Needless to say, I left with no medications for my child who is very ill.We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience at the pharmacy, Kimberly If you can, please contact us so we can fully understand the situation.
