When we came to the Fleetwood Mac concert, we were not allowed to park in the handicap spots close to the doors. We were made to park in the main parking lot. Why? My husband is in a wheelchair and it is very hard to get him out of the car.

Yes, definitely call and ask for clarification. Should be able to unless they had a sign saying otherwise because of the event.
