Just need to call an ask the manager she will have the correct answer but itis a very long waite list but there are 2 other places one is called The Californian I know they take disabled people also place called masten towers I don't know much about there but it is low income HUD housing

I do believe silvercrest is for ages 64 and older. Also try masten towers or the californian.
