No. Their just stealing from you and everyone else that lives there. I'm a former resident there and trust me when I say. Get far away from that place ASAP!
I get charged different fees and total paid goes up for sure. It’s not out of this world crazy and I still enjoy living here so I think it’s worth it.
Yes we are and we have to pay the trash, they don't give us a choice. I like how our bill has miscellaneous fees on top of fees. Should be illegal. It's a decent place to live but has gotten way to expensive for me, off to the ghetto I go when my lease is up.
