Would not recommend this place to any one. Their technology package is slow speed compare to how much they charge. Just another way to put money in their pockets. We were out close to a month when a storm hit. Very slow response times to restore internet service. They resorted to gaslighting when trying to express concern on the welfare of a neighbor. There was a murder in the parking lot this year and they lied about the tenancy of the shooter. Very dishonest and unwelcoming attitudes in the office.

Hello! You can see floor plans on this site: https://promenadejerseyvillage.com/floorplans/ I like the community of Jersey Village. There are always police officers watching the property, the atmosphere is quiet, there is not much noise at night, and the office and maintenance staff are friendly.
All of the apartment on the property are designed differently with large garden and shower as well as have different prices. It is very quite and offer a lot of amenities as well as is zoned to great schools. Myself and my kids love this apartment.

I have lived here for 8 months. The property is pretty quiet. I jog on the neighboring streets at night. Plenty to do off Jones Road and nearby. Really haven't seen or heard of anything bad
