No appointments, just show up, check their hours, closed on Mondays, get in the correct line, wait your turn. If you are a senior, or disabled let them know when you arrive.

Walk in at Waukegan. Two different entrances depending on what you're there for. Don't get in wrong line. Road test appointments run out quick, so if you need that, you must be in line by 6:45-7am.
You don't need to make a appointment you can just go I went around 1230 and I was out in 20 min
