Went here for a quote on tint, the guy outside told me $250 and I was okay with that. I asked for a quote in writing because normally that is the process when you are getting work done on your vehicle and they gave me SUCH A HARD TIME ABOUT WRITING A QUOTE!! I can’t believe it. I don’t understand what is so hard about writing a quote for someone who will be leaving their vehicle there for hours. It seems very fishy to me. Then they told me never mind after I stated I really wanted a quote before leaving my car there. I gladly walked out and feel like I dodged a bullet! Please be sure to get something in writing before leaving your car here!

This is my second time going to JJ's Auto Sounds and recommended by my dad I wish I'd known about them earlier I would have never ever gone to this other place that's on Green Bay and right off of 10th Street I would have never ever gone there if I if I had known about JJ's sounds Inc I had the best experience every time I just went in Saturday to have my home speakers looked at to see what I need to get them to work and the owner I believe is the father he was so kind and he showed me what I had to do to make them work how to hook up my speakers to my receiver and he didn't have to and he he and as a matter of fact he didn't try to sell me anything he wanted to see if I could work with what I had I was going to buy a new wires and all that he said I didn't need that everything that I had will work I just had to learn how to hook it up so that the receiver could catch get the sound that I was looking for I was trying to get the sound I was looking for out of the speakers and he said I had really good wires and he said that I don't need to buy anything just hook them up the way he showed me and asked and he was absolutely right I hooked them up and it works beautifully I'm so glad that I took my problem to him instead of you know just going anywhere if anyone and and that's and I'm speaking specifically to the women the ladies go to J&J JJ Auto Sounds you won't regret I promise you you won't regret it he the owner the son I believe is a father and son business but they are just very very professional they're not going to try and sell you anything just to make a sale I hope you're listening believe what I say you don't want to just go to anybody this family is worth the trip they're right off of Belvedere they're easy access trust me you won't be disappointed.

Worst customer service ever call them 2 times got hung up on the 1 time was on hold for 20 minutes and then someone hung upTry to call back and they kept sending me to voicemail 1st and last time customer today
