I don't know about an ample amount but, yes, they carry ginger root.

There is the food court section, consisting of several individual food vendors. Then there is a store, or market, attached at the other end. The food can be ordered from the vendors with/without ginger. The store/market probably carries both fresh & processed ginger, based on my brief visit, but you would have to verify that with the store's staff.

Honestly I haven't checked on that.
