How long does it take to get a discovery pkg to the defending atty. We've wait for almost a year. Can a case be dismissed because the discovery hasn't been presented to def atty.

I would call your representing/intake office every day until they give you an answer. Don't give up! They worked wonders for me! I was losing faith and thinking unthinkable acts to end my suffering to be out from under HIS thumb. But LANWT changed my life.
