Showbiz doesn't have a cinema in either of those cities. I think you must have been confusing it with another chain. AMC or Cinemark, perhaps.

There is a will call kiosk to the right of the entrance. Try putting your info in that. It can print tickets

Prices start at $5 on Tuesdays (discount Tuesday). Normal matinees are $6.50, evening shows start at $7, SDX starts at $10.
