Check at customer service. They can issue a new card. Unless they issue a new member number I can't imagine why they would deactivate the other cards on the account. Unless you have the credit card version, that would change things.

Ask the costomer service.
At the customer service desk you get a replacement right there but, others associated with the account will be deactivated.
Go to the customer service desk and they will issue a new card temporary first until your other one comes but you'll need proper ID
