When is the family history center open? Have been by several times it says on site that it is to be open, but it's not. Can someone advise me. Thank you

We have called several time, it sounds like a fax machine kicks in. Do you have a current number for us to use. I am resending this please advise me this is a number that I called is 444 1212 one answers , on a good phone number that I can call or a time that some will be there to use the family history center. We have tried several different locations, it says that numbers have been disconnected. I am very anxious about using the history center. Thank you
