Has the South fence been replaced or dug out yet (April 2021)? Last summer, it was buried under sand. There was no South barrier to keep dogs contained.

When there last month there was nothing there to contain the dogs on the south side of dog beach

I went there today and the south fence is completely submerged under the sand.
