While animals are not allowed in the restaurant (except for service animals as per the law) you can have dogs in the patio dining area as long as he/she is well behaved.
I do not believe animals are allowed in the restaurant as I have never seen any the many times I have had a meal there. But you are asking a Google guide not the restaurant directly.
