Can you use a clothes voucher for your foster kids at the village thrift store? They would definitely get so much more clothes there if they could. From my understanding the vouchers aren't much at all.

No. But clothes are 3 for 1 dollar on anything marked 4.70.or less on selected colors on Sundays.
