My daughter has the banfield pet insurance. The cost per month is great. Includes 6 month checkups, regular lab work, dentals, worming and vaccines. I think it includes spay or neuter too. You'd have to check.
Maybe there was some kind of family emergency? Maybe they went to eat & was in a car accident? Before judging someone r the closed office, call em n the morning, and ask! Personally I don't use banfield, there a little spendy for me, so I use the one on boat Club rd!
