Took our dog into Banfield in Traverse City for her required heartworm shot. Asked if she was due for other vaccinations and they said she was up to date. Just a few days later we got a notice from Banfield saying she is overdue for Bordatella. Now we have to make another appointment 😠. Also they did not advise us they had moved! FOLLOW UP: Banfield did contact me to discuss my concern, and will follow up to address gaps in their system. Appreciate their follow-up!

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
