Me and my friend both have brought our cats here and this place has misdiagnosed and mistreated our cats. I have spoken to others I work with as well and they would not recommend this place. My coworker has a dog and the staff at Westridge told them to just put Neosporin on their dogs wound, instead of giving him antibiotics, which resulted in the wound getting infected. This also happened with my cat, we were told to just put Neosporin, which obviously did not help. Please avoid this place at all costs. Just because it is cheaper doesn’t mean it is better.
