They don't do makeovers, as they don't have a makeup or clothing department. They are mainly jewelers.

It is possible to buy a giftcard online. The nearest location to 5th Ave would depend on where you are. If you're in Midtown or uptown, it would be the flagship on 3rd and 59th. If you're further downtown it's the SoHo location on Broadway and Spring St. I don't know about makeovers though.
