Good store, they have literally everything but music was actually so loud! It was at least x3 louder than a concert and i couldnt even hear the sales worker! Otherwise very nice!

Well I was expecting to see more shirts trousers and dresses. But nothing like that was there so was disappointed. But then I was expecting something. Otherwise for people interested in nails and nail polishes and the like it might be a haven.

Jigs money

I went to buy some loafers for my wedding today and before this nothing seemed to be working for me. I went to the shoes section and met Mohammad and he started off by asking me the occasion and my shoe size in other shoes I have. Instantly he figured out the perfect sizing for me and showed me several options and styling tips. He ended up picking out a brown and black Ferragamo dress shoe for me and he even let me wear it around for a while to see if it’s comfortable! I ended up getting both pairs due to his in depth explanations about how both are very versatile and a must have staple in your arsenal. I usually don’t like going in stores to shop due to the associates having the personality of a paper plate. Mohammad was very helpful and we had a great convo about cars while I was testing out the shoes. I will be back very soon and I’d highly recommend you to go shop at bloomingdales soho with Mohammad!!

Amazing customer service!! My boyfriend and I went there and were in the fragrance section and we were taken care of by Cody and Kathy (Kathleen). They were both so helpful so knowledgeable it was a great experience. Neither one tried to push for us to spend our money but instead they really worked to help us find the fragrances we loved. We did get the Creed and Baccarat and I can’t thank them enough! We’ll definitely be going back thanks to them!!!
