The Moving General
Hello! And to whom it may concern. I’d like to take this opportunity to let all of targets future and potential customers that I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say that this is the better target of the two here in Staten Island. The workers are mostly all from the south shore, in which my opinion the people you will find working there are a bit nicer than the ones on Richmond Avenue. It is my opinion and I am entitled to it. They are very similar I’m just trying to make the point that I believe this is the better one. I will still be shopping at the one on Richmond Avenue as well. And I’d also finally like to take the chance to let my entire community know which entails of the entire South Shore of Staten Island and of course the borough itself. The Moving General is now servicing flat rate moving and junk removal services for the entire tri-state area. We take on all jobs big or small large and tall, whether you are moving five minutes around the corner or down south to the Sonny state of Florida , etc. We are the company that you will find in your best interest to use when having to transport furniture and oversized items, etc. If You are being told low prices like 100 $200 and crazy things like that, believe me you probably are a great person. But if you’re expecting people you don’t know to come work for you for free in a field like this you will have another thing coming to you on move day and your vulnerability of needing to move out that they will be taken advantage of. That is also the reason for this post. Good luck.

I really like this target. It's fantastic. The sales associate Jessica who assisted me today on checkout line 9 around 4:30 pm, was amazing. She was so helpful, and pleasant!

I went to Target to purchase some dress clothes for my son for a funeral tomorrow. So I’m already stressed out. I went to self-checkout. The employee ran from the end of the area (where he’s supposed to be checking receipts) to make sure this black woman in shorts and an Afro (aka ME) didn’t steal anything. I had his undivided attention for the two minutes it took me to check out. After I PAID the fee for a disposable bag, suddenly he was fascinated with assisting the customer next to me. I tried to get his attention, but I guess I suddenly became invisible right then. It’s always such a welcoming, wonderful feeling to be surveilled, only to be ignored when it’s time for actual customer service 😒 Y’all lucky they won’t let me give zero stars..

There's a difference about this Target that most others don't share. The majority of the staff here can come off or are extremely rude, arrogant, aggressive, racist and also not kind to Muslims. (At least in my experience) Second I walk in the store it's all eyes on me I'm the only one being asked if I need help I'm followed and the staff acting hostile toward me and when I go to buy something on sale. It's suddenly not on sale anymore. I'm ashamed at the staff here. No one should have to feel like some sort of 2nd class citizen just to go shopping.
