Yes, it is practically pitch black during praise and worship. We literally cannot see anything, even the pulpit is dark. We cannot see the banner bearer. Literally every bulb is on thus morning. Lights are usually turned down for Praise and Worship, announcements, or another ministry. However, lights are up for the sermon.
