I saw on past reviews that walk-ins were possible sometimes, but that wasn't the case now. Finding an appointment for an interview online in the near future is nothing short of impossible across Texas and much of America as well. You're better off enrolling on arrival if your application is conditionally approved, don't waste your time trying to find an appointment. The hours are pretty inconvenient as well, as far as the average work day is concerned.

Unable to book online. Called office and they're unable to do anything. They don't do walk ins either. Overall, completely unhelpful. If anyone is able to bypass this and get an appointment through other means, please tell!

The office was easy to locate following the directions online and the signs at DFW Terminal D (between gates 22 and 23). Agent Cortez was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I did not have my passport with me at my original scheduled appointment. I had recently moved and realized it was buried in one of many boxes. I am also working full-time and going to graduate school full-time, so my schedule is hectic. On top of all of this, there were no openings available for the foreseeable future, so rescheduling was not feasible. Agent Cortez respectfully offered to give me time to locate my passport and return to her the same week. Thanks to her consideration and willingness to work with me, I was able to locate my passport and complete the process I had started just before Covid shut everything down.

No you just need to schedule an interview for renewal since you already have global entry.

Log in to your account. Go to dashboard. On right side, click on "update mail to address."
They may be full with appointments for the foreseeable future. Try Houston.
