Ken it is a high volume spay neuter clinic. everyone shows up at the same time and checks out at the same time. when you leave without checking in of course you would not get a refund on your deposit. as for them getting parvo dogs can get sick from being in a doctor waiting room just like you can. you can't control what animals come in and if they are sick or not. that is why it is important to vaccinate.
