Honestly sick of this place. They charge an arm and a leg and tell you nothing is wrong. I paid $130 just for meds on an issue they said they didn’t know what it was and low and behold, 2 weeks later it turned out to be the issue i told themas to begin with! They will take your money and not do their job unless you put your foot down. Been with them for years and I’m over their treatment.

**Updating my review** I originally had a complaint about a bill but it was quickly resolved by Courtney at this office!! Thank you!!! 3 stars because they take your pet in the back and don’t let you stay with them during the visit. You never see the vet. The nurse just comes in an out talking between you and the doctor. Who knows what they’re doing back there? I prefer to stay with my pet and interact with the vet directly.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
