Typically our service does not cover damage done by pests. However, we do offer a termite damage guarantee.

We typically do not put pesticide products inside the living space of homes. We can typically treat most interior issues on a spot treatment basis and control most issues from the exterior. Occasionally we have to treat the interior. Depending on the treatment, the Technician may ask you to vacate the property for a short time.

We guarantee the effectiveness of our service in between your scheduled services. So, if you have additional pest issues in between service, we return to take care of the issue at no cost to you. Our goal is to provide a Safe, Effective, Courteous Service, at a Fair Price.

We usually ask for one and half hours to complete our initial service and then ask for forty-five minutes on each follow up visit.

We offer three different service plans; Addison Plus, Addison Total and Addison Gold. Addison Plus Covers 16 of the most common invaders in our North Texas Area. Addison Total Covers those 16 common invaders PLUS termites. Addison Gold Covers those 16 common invaders, termites, AND mosquitos.

The products we use have a great margin of safety in them. We do not manufacture the products we use and use products from manufacturers like Bayer, Dow AgroSciences and Corteva. It’s important to apply these products the correct way, which is why you want to hire a Certified Licensed Company to treat your home for pests.
