So I'm going to the txt concert and the showing is all ages. So im 16 and both of my friends that are coming with me are 17 and another friend of mine is 19 and has an ID. Would that 19 year old count as an adult supervision for us three?

You'll be fine. All ages means no ID check. You will not require adult supervision.
