do you have carts for handicapped and where are the lcated?

Yes, they do. They are located inside the store at the front.

Yes they do..inside the door by the pharmacy

I'm not aware of they do have those carts. I know the Kroger across the way has some, I've seen it posted on local Facebook groups.
