I couldn’t be happier with the quality and compassion that everyone has shown me at Granbury Dental Center before, during and after my surgery. I have a brand new life And I smile often!!!

Although the dentistry work was outstanding, the way the bait and switch paperwork leaves something to be desired. I was led to believe the full payment was made, but, be careful the payment was divided into two sections. When you made the “FULL” payment, but, alas, The second payment for tooth manufacturing was looming. I was aghast when I was told I had another huge payment was due. Make sure you see FULL payment of the procedure.

Had my left lower molar extraction here and everyone that I spoke to from the receptionist to the dentist themselves were warm, kind and caring individuals that made me feel right at home. The dentist I had was very informative, efficient and personable with a great bedside manner. Plus, this was the first time a dentist has been able to numb me on the first try. Thanks Dr. Okada!!! and to Delicia, the dental assistant I had also had a terrific bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. They will go over everything you want to know without all the medical jargon, in laymans terms, and are happy to do it. They were very upfront and transparent about procedure, costs, aftercare and follow up process and answered every question I had! I sure appreciate them helping me out on very short notice! Thanks Everyone!!!
