Nobody likes a dead battery. It often comes on with little warning and is one of those things most of us have to get replaced quickly. It’s likely not the highlight of anyone’s week when that dreaded day comes. Robert, however, made this experience exceptional! He answered all my questions, helped me choose the right battery, and agreed to swap it out for me. But where he really impressed me was when he performed due diligence on my existing battery’s warranty - something I wasn’t even thinking about. Sure, shame on me for not keeping track of such things. But back in the day, we didn’t have to worry about this type of stuff because typical customer service would bridge these gaps. Robert, I really appreciate you doing the right thing. It speaks volumes to your character. And mostly, in this world where so many have become apathetic toward their customers, you have given me faith again in good “old fashioned” customer service. Never change! You’ve secured a customer for life.
