Where does H-E-B source its meat?

For me processors across the United States so what it says that you believe everything you see and read

H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
