Bring it back along with a receipt. I'd also call first
You can return it with a receipt AutoZone will take it back
Call region Manerger
Most auto parts stores don't give refunds on electrical parts.
I would most definitely take the item (& all of the packaging that it came in & whatever else that came w/it) back to the same store location where you purchased the item from, along w/your receipt o/c, & see if they'd be willing to either give you a full refund or exchange it for the same identical item that you purchased if it's defective. If they refuse to do either 1 of those things for you & as long as you have everything that I mentioned w/you whenever you go (along w/your valid state issued ID/DL), then I would call their Corp. Off. immediately & speak to someone so that they'll do whatever they can to rectify the situation. That usually always works no matter what Corp. Off. you have to call, whatever the issue is, the name of the company/business it is that you've recently done business with. They're not trying to lose any customers or jeopardize your patronage.
