It's in the alley next to the Irish pub/bar. You have to walk a quarter block into the alley. Not scary though!!

It's in the alley between the bulding with the Cronish Pastry Co and a parking structure. Walk past the dumpsters (it's worth it) and there will be a neon Valley Bar sign and a bouncer to your left. The bar is in the basement of the building.

On the SW corner of monroe st. and center; on the west side of that building, in an alley, there's the door. There's no sign but there should be a bouncer.
