My jugs are not screw on caps but they do have the hole in the center. You just put them on the dispenser, no need to do anything to the cap.

I can't seem to get the technical information from the young lady that answers the phone. Are there technical people that can answer my question? . The home I moved into has a Culligan ro unit H-30S-R. Do you have the pre and post carbon filters?
