If you are there shooting and pick one up off the range line then by all means, grab one or 2, no charge. Just know that the staff does not "hand out" anything for free. They are a business and are there to make money.
You may pick up your own brass when shooting on the range, but otherwise no.
I've never seen them hand brass "out"
If you purchased a package they provide ammunition. If you're just goinf to shoot you have to provide your own.
