For Eric Smith...Could you please elaborate on your "nightmarish" experiences? I've never liked in a mobile home park and have no idea what to expect and what is expected of us. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Sun Garden Estates has a tier 3 pedophile living there, so if you have kids I would be weary of living there. Although there are some issues living in a mobile home, like thin windows and wear and tear, living here is probably the most cleanest and not trashy mobile home park. They stay on top of people’s yards so it doesn’t end up looking like a trashy trailer park. If you’re looking to own here it’s not a bad place to live and is great in location as well as great local schools. Just know it has similar rules to HOA without the fees for understandable reasons. Hope this helps anyone.
