It's a nice place to live ..my family live since 2015 we pay around 800 I really don't know about utilities my wife do all the bills ..but this I know I won't move no where's unless I move in to a house..sun garden best please raise a family..

Call the front office or show up. M-F around 12ish. The hours change all the time and the people in the front desk are really flaky. Best bet would be to go somewhere else. Honestly cause this place is a joke. They will get you a headache and fees like crazy

Sure is. Personally think its a great park. Never had an issue with anyone. And met some really nice down to earth people.

No age limit and up to two pets

Space rent is different for each space largely depending on size of the lot, size and type of pets (if any), whether or not you own or rent the trailer, etc. I own my trailer have an average sized lot, and have no dogs or cats. My lot rent is $440 per month. Hope that helps.
