I'm interested in purchasing a home there. I will come by to see lot 90. Someone posted here his lot rent was $440. Just what I need, Relocating from California to be near kids/grandkids. I need low rent/utilities. What do utilities average here?

It's a nice place to live ..my family live since 2015 we pay around 800 I really don't know about utilities my wife do all the bills ..but this I know I won't move no where's unless I move in to a house..sun garden best please raise a family..

I did a remodel job there but didn't pay any utilities so I can't give you that answer. Sorry but good luck in your move. It is a nice park though. Generally always quiet.
