These guys helped us out quite a bit these last few months. Our 17 year old ac unit went out this summer and they were there within 3 days to replace it. Our 15 year old water heater also went out and found out it was leaking in the closet. They gave us a recommendation of a restoration company that came within hours of the discovery on a Sunday to remedy the situation. Cool blew was out to remove the old unit the next day and to install a new heater once the dry out process was finished. We have also had them do other various jobs throughout our house and were very satisfied. We recommend cool blew for all your hvac and plumbing needs. They saved us a lot of time and headache these last few months!

Absolute joke of a company. Maybe if you use them separately from a home warranty, they’re responsive, but when trying to schedule through a home warranty, they seem to care less. Our AC went out and it’s 106-110 all week, it wasn’t a priority to schedule and was told it would be a week. Meanwhile, 2 other local companies were able to fit us in the same day, making it a priority knowing there was no air in the house.

Jim Smith was great. He cut into a block wall to replace a drain pipe that had been damaged years ago - that no other previous plumber was able to/wanted to fix. The estimate was exactly the price. He kept us updated through the whole thing and always had a smile. I will call them from now on.
