Why would people bank at Bank of America which has rude managers and inconvenient hours when you can choose to bank with Chase bank across the street from them with friendlier staff and hours that are convenient to customers who get out of work at 5

@ Vicky Woodall why don't you visit the BOA on 249 & Smiling Wood and see how courteous they are at that location and maybe you will change your mind about that. We recently had an incident there and now I know why there are over 20 people who feel the same way about management at that location! Seriously she has an issue!

I personally dislike Chase Bank. Bank of America has always been very courteous & accommodating.
