Horrible. They never know how to answer the phone. Always have me wait 15-20 until i hang up. Such horrible customer service everytime.

This bank sucks all around. The bank tellers they have are mostly criminals, never looking professional what so ever, they are rude, the customer service is never working or always closed I can never talk to anyone. Worst bank ever. They should close all these banks down

My understanding is first convenience is wall mart (satellite branches) First National is the brick and mortar. So all satellite branches go to a "main" switch board. S T oo pid IMHO
You have to ask them, usually need to have overdraft protection.
