I ordered a Staccato C2 and the team at Xtreme provided EXCELLENT customer service. They answered the phone when I called, they communicated extremely well and they were courteous, the level of customer service was that of which I expect to receive when spend any amount amount of, especially that in which I spent with them. Purchase a LWRC rifle online on Oct 14th. Called the next day to verify if they needed anything else. No answer left message. Today still nothing, called again left message. Money is gone and no shipping update. Should I be worried?
